Taings Hokkien noodles come in thick and thin varieties which are yellow in colour and are fully cooked. Made famous by a Malaysian dish called Laksa soup, today they are the most widely used Asian noodles in Australia for stir-fry.
Direction:
Place noodles in boiling water and stir gently for 30 seconds. When soft drain immediately.
Alternatively, cut a hole to the packet and place in the microwave on high for 2 minutes. Remove and let stand to cool down slightly before use.

These noodles originated in Singapore. They are use in a dish known as Singapore Stir-Fry Noodles, which is made with roughly chopped vegetables and spicy sauce.

Made from fresh eggs and Australian wheat flour they are the most widely used noodles in Asia. They come in both flat and thin shapes and are uncooked. To cook them follow the cooking instructions below.

Fresh noodles 1.Place noodles in boiling water and boil for about 1-2 minutes. Stir constantly to allow noodles to be evenly cooked, then drain. Noodles are now ready to be used in soup or stir-fry.
Crispy noodles 2. Place about 100g of noodles in hot oil and deep fry for about 30 seconds or until noodles are crispy. Remove from oil and place on paper towel to drain. Noodles are now ready to be used in stir-fry or can be eaten as is.
These noodles, as the name suggest, are made from rice flour through a steaming process and lightly oiled before being packed. They are GLUTEN FREE. Cut into ribbons from fresh rice sheet they are excellent in soup and stir-fry with slippery quality no dry noodles can match.

This is a noodles which originated in Thailand and is used in Thailand traditional dish called Pad Thai Noodles. They contain bean sprouts, crushed peanuts with a mild blend of chilli sauce and garnished with coriander leaves.
