Recipes Suggestions

Oyster & Spring Onion Stir Fry

-250g Oyster & Spring Onion Sauce

-450g Taings Fresh Hokkien noodles*

-200g chicken fillet, thinly sliced

-100g button mushroom, thinly sliced

-1 medium carrot, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

-2 fresh coriander leaves, roughly chopped

Cooking Method:

1. Heat oil in frying pan or wok.

2. Add chicken and stir-fry for 1 minute.

3. Add vegetables stir-fry for another 1 minute.

4. Add loosen Taings Fresh Hokkien noodles* and stir-fry until soften.

5. Add sauce and stir

 

 

Cantonese Stir-Fry Noodles

-250g Sweet & Sour Sauce

-450g Taings Fresh Thai noodles*

-200g chicken fillet, thinly sliced

-200g raw prawns, peeled

-100g capsicum, thinly sliced

-2 tablespoon of vegetable oil

-2 fresh coriander leaves, roughly chopped

Cooking Method:

1. Heat oil in frying pan or wok.

2. Add chicken and stir-fry for 1 minute.

3. Add prawn and vegetables and stir-fry for another 1 minute.

3. Add Taings Fresh Hokkien noodles* and stir-fry until soften.

4. Add sauce and stir until heated through.

Garnish with coriander. Serve immediately.


 

Chinese Stir fry Noodles with Broccoli

-250g Hoi Sin & Sesame Sauce

-450g Taings Fresh Singapore noodles*

-200g chicken (or beef) fillet, thinly sliced

-150g broccoli, sliced into 4cm lengths

-1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

-2 fresh coriander leaves, roughly chopped

Cooking Method:

1. Heat oil in frying pan or wok.

2. Add chicken and stir-fry for 1 minute.

3. Add Taings Fresh Hokkien noodles* and stir-fry until soften, before adding spring onion.

4. Add sauce and stir until heated through.

Garnish with coriander. Serve immediately.

 

Teriyaki Stir-Fry Noodles

-250g Teriyaki Sauce

-350g Taings Fresh Udon noodles

-200g pork fillet, thinly sliced

-200g asparagus, cut into 4cm lengths

-100g broccoli, thinly sliced

-1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

-1 clove of garlic, minced (optional)

Cooking Method:

1. Heat oil in frying pan or wok. Add garlic and stir-fry until golden brown.

2. Add pork and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add vegetables and stir-fry for another 1 minute.

3. Add Taings Fresh Udon noodles* and stir-fry until soften.

4. Add sauce and stir until heated through.

Serve immediately.

 

Noodles Sald (Cold Serve)

Break noodles into desired length and add to your salad and salad dressing of your own choice.

 

Soup
 

Heat noodles in microwave oven or in hot water-stir and drained.
Once heated they can be added to to your favourite Soup, Laksa, Pasta, Curry or Stew.

Once noodles are heated place on a plate and serve with barbecue meats and steam or boiled vegetables
